Effective 2026

By joining the Learn With Chantel Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't apply to or use the program.

1. The Program

The Learn With Chantel Affiliate Program lets approved affiliates earn a commission for sales of the Everyday Posing Kit digital guide, sold at full price ($69 USD). This program applies to the Everyday Posing Kit only. It does not extend to any other product, guide, or bundle sold by Learn With Chantel, whether now or in the future, unless you're told otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility

The program is open to anyone approved into it. Learn With Chantel reserves the right to accept or decline any application, for any reason, at its own discretion.

3. Your Affiliate Link

Once approved, you'll be given a unique affiliate link from your dashboard. Only purchases made through your unique link are tracked and credited to you. Purchases made any other way, including a customer typing the discount code in manually without going through your link, direct site visits, or someone else's link, will not be credited to you.

You're responsible for using your own link correctly. Learn With Chantel is not responsible for lost commissions due to a customer not using your link.

4. Commission

You earn $20 USD for every Everyday Posing Kit purchased at full price through your unique affiliate link.

• There is currently no cap on how much commission you can earn.
• There is currently no minimum sales requirement to remain in the program.
• Both of the above are subject to change at any time, without notice.

Commission only applies to full-price sales of the Everyday Posing Kit made through your link. It does not apply to any other product, and does not apply if the sale happens outside of your unique link.

5. Your Discount Code

You'll be given a $20 USD discount code to share with your audience.

• This code can only be used on the Everyday Posing Kit at full price ($69 USD).
• This code is not valid during any sale, promotion, or reduced pricing period.
• This code cannot be applied to any other Learn With Chantel product.
• If a customer tries to use the code outside of these conditions, the discount will not apply.

This restriction exists so the program stays sustainable for both you and Learn With Chantel. Please make sure your audience understands the code is for the Everyday Posing Kit at full price only, and won't work during sales.

6. Payment

Commissions are paid via PayPal during the first week of each month, for sales made in the previous month.

Learn With Chantel takes no responsibility for your PayPal account, or for any fees charged by Kajabi, PayPal, or your own banking institution. Any fees involved in receiving your commission are your responsibility.

7. How You Can Promote

You're free to promote your affiliate link and discount code through your own content, social media, email list, or other channels you own, provided you:

• Always disclose that you're an affiliate and will earn a commission when you share your link or code (for example, "#ad" or "affiliate link" — this is a legal requirement under Australian Consumer Law and similar overseas regulations, not just good practice).
• Don't misrepresent the Everyday Posing Kit, Learn With Chantel, or the results it may produce.
• Don't bid on "Learn With Chantel" or related brand terms in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar).
• Don't spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, or use misleading subject lines or headlines to drive purchases.
• Don't alter, recreate, or misrepresent the discount code or its terms.
• Don't use Learn With Chantel's name, images, or branding in a way that suggests you are Learn With Chantel, or that you're officially endorsed beyond being an affiliate.

8. Fair Use and Fraud

Purchases made through your own affiliate link for your own use are not eligible for commission. Learn With Chantel reserves the right to withhold or reclaim commission, and remove you from the program, where there's reasonable suspicion of self-purchasing, fake sales, misuse of the discount code, or any other fraudulent activity.

9. Program Changes and Removal

Learn With Chantel may change the terms of this program, including commission amounts, minimum sales requirements, or eligibility, at any time and without notice.

You can be removed from the program at any time, without notice, at Learn With Chantel's discretion. If you're removed:

• Any commission already earned on valid sales will be paid as normal, on the usual payment schedule.
• Your affiliate link will stop working and can no longer be used to generate new commissions.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Learn With Chantel makes no promises or guarantees about the results you'll achieve from participating in this program, including how many sales you'll generate or how much commission you'll earn.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn With Chantel is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your participation in this affiliate program, including but not limited to lost income, technical issues with tracking or payment, or third-party fees. Learn With Chantel is not liable to be sued in connection with this program.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.

By applying to and participating in the Learn With Chantel Affiliate Program, you confirm you've read, understood, and agree to these terms.
